The plugins table is created in both basic.sql and schema.sql causing a 'mySQL Error: Table 'cpg140_plugins' already exists'. Maybe it need to be in basic for some reason, I don't know.

Not in mine. I think I had added it to basic at first, but removed it when I noticed and put it in the right place. Try updating your basic.sql file.

True, but it is back in v1.51  - update and check.
