[Solved]: Install keeps screwing it's self!

OK this just started happening today... no clue why.

I install the forums like usual, go through the config and set stuff up.  Everything is still fine.. then I go and add categories and albums... then sudnelly the Admin Tools and Upload approval areas get...

There was an error while processing a database query

I have uninstalled/reinstalled 5 times and it happens every time!  I totally wiped the DB and remade it.. and it still happens!  This didn't happen yesterday... but it started today!

Any suggestions?  It looks like everything is working aside from Admin Tools and Upload approval.  BTW I already tryed running update.php... it gives OK to a few things every time.. doen't fix a thing.  I also tryed to fix my DB in Cpanel... said all was OK.

what version of coppermine are you using? Enable debug_mode in coppermuine config to see what query actually fails. Post a link to your site.

I wanted to note that even with debug mode off.. I see this at the bottom of the config page...

I enabled debug mode for everyone... I am looking it...
When I go to Admin Tools I get at the top...

While executing query "SELECT aid, category, IF(user_name IS NOT NULL, CONCAT('(', user_name, ') ',title), CONCAT(' - ', title)) AS title FROM cpg131_albums AS a LEFT JOIN cpg131_users AS u ON category = (10000 + user_id) ORDER BY category, title" on 0

mySQL error: Got error 28 from table handler

And I get the same (or very similar) when I go to Upload Approval.

BTW... it happened in...

File: /home/pcguy/public_html/gallery/include/functions.inc.php - Line: 105

And I tryed replaceing the functions.inc.php from the original download and it didn't fix it

This usually is an indication that one or more files are corrupt. Re-upload all coppermine files (make sure to use the proper ftp mod), overwriting all files that exist on your server.

This is what I did when I said I tryed re-installing it 5 times...  I've tryed redownloading it too and uploading.. no luck.

Well I didn't have to.  I got really pissed at it... wiped every damn thing of coppermine I had on my computer and server, then redid everything.. and NOW it's fine... 

O well, at least it's working now!  Thanks
