Ok so i managed to install it fixed the db problem form my previous thread, aniways.
So i configure it all exactly as the README file says then i activate the module, i click on it and get the next:

Coppermine Photo Gallery seems not to be installed correctly, or you're running coppermine for the first time. You'll be redirected to the installer. If your browser doesn't support redirect, click here.

so i click "here" and it takes me to the installer again...

And this comes up:

The installer is locked
• • • ERROR • • •
The installer has already been run successfuly once and is now locked.

If you want to run the installer again, you first need to delete the 'include/install.lock' file that was created in the directory where you put Coppermine. You can do this with any FTP program.

So whats happening? :(

Also, i can add pictures from websites but not upload them from my hdd! :(

You need to log in to your server using an FTP program (the same way you probably uploaded Coppermine to start with using a program like FileZilla or any other FTP client).  navigate to the <coppermine>/include/ directory, delete the file called "install.lock", then try to reinstall.

no, its straight after a clean install of the phpnuke on a clean database with a new phpmyadmin instalation
in other words
a virgin install of coppermine

Sorry, but this board is only for the standalone version of Coppermine.  You probably need to look at: http://nukephotogallery.com/

Follow my instructions about removing the install.lock file.
