hi guys i just installed 1.3.2 i setup everything and when i try to login i get this error

There was an error while processing a database query

what did i do

here is the debug info

While executing query "SELECT user_id, user_name, user_password FROM cpg132_users WHERE user_name = 'mikeg' AND BINARY user_password = 'pines' AND user_active = 'YES'" on 0

mySQL error: COLLATION 'BINARY' is not valid for CHARACTER SET 'latin1'
