could not upload picture to gallery

I already install gallery succesfully into my website. First time , I can create album, upload picture, erase... But now, it couldn't. The error meassage is as follows:

Directory 'albums/userpics/10001/' is not writable, pictures can't be deleted
or when upload

Destination directory albums/userpics/10001/ is not writable by the script !

It sounds like the 'userpics' folderis not chmod correctly.  Make sure it has the same permissions as the albums folder, and that this is the setting you have in config.
