i'd like to move it one directory above, so that it would be here: http://www.web118.server-drom.de/H-photos/index.php

how do i do that?

Move it on your server, then change the setting 'target address......' in config.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
