I cannot upload a photo bigger then 400k !

I cannot upload a photo bigger then 400k ! If i try that, when the scripts is accessing the db_input.php to insert the picture, after a wile, it stops loading, and a blank page remains on the screen ! What seems to be the problem ?

In your configurations, what are the values for:

Max size for uploaded files (KB)
Max width or height for uploaded pictures/videos (pixels)

If those values look OK, could you look at your phpinfo (in Admin Tools) and see what are the settings for

post_max_size
upload_max_filesize
