Profile, comments how to??

Hello,  I'm still trying to get familiar with Coppermine, so if anyone could help me here, or point me to where to look, would be really appreacite.

- How to make the name of author comments to link back to author profile instead of just a name?
- How to put a Send Email to This Person in a profile???
- How to put the number of comments and avarage points of a image into every thumbnail?
