SOLVED:Odd hue over pictures

I recently installed coppermine gallery from my fantastico on my webhost, All went well. Created a template for it and began uploading some test pictures, uploads work great but when I go to view the pictures I get this white hue over the picture untill I mouse over the picture then it clears up. Is this some kind of watermark system?  if so, How do I turn it off?

It's a feature of the theme you are using. Remove the filters from the css to disable the feature.
