Did your webhost make any changes between the successful and failed attempts?

make sure the file in question is actually a jpeg image, or just some other image format (e.g. gif or bmp) that has been renamed to jpg (is a foolish thing to do, but something users try to get away with). Put the file into a zip and attach it to your posting (using the "Additional options" dialog at the bottom left of the screen when composing your reply).

Mmmh i don't know for webhost, i have asked my questions if they have changed anything, and i give you the 2 pictures i try to upload ...

thanks

those pics appear to be valid jpegs. Enable debug_mode for everyone in coppermine config, then enable "single file uploads" for regietered users in coppermine's groups settings and post a test user account (non-admin) with upload privileges.

sure, and where do I enter those credentials? Don't you think you have forgotten a wee detail? A link to your site maybe?

I wasn't able to upload a known-good jpeg file, so I guess the error message in itself is correct. Maybe your webhost has changed some settings.
Log in as admin to your site, go to http://www.play4ever.net/gallerie/phpinfo.php , search the page for the GD module section and copy'n paste the whole section to your next posting.

i have that:

gd
GD Support  enabled
GD Version  bundled (2.0.23 compatible)
GIF Read Support  enabled
PNG Support  enabled
WBMP Support  enabled
XBM Support  enabled

Casper

There's your problem.  No jpeg support.  The way coppermine works, it needs jpeg support to be enabled.
Please contact your host and ask them to re-enable jpg support in GD.

And as a happy sidenote, whilst getting this screenshot for you, I noticed my host has upgraded to give gif create support since I last looked  ;D
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here

oki Thanks i ask at my webhost ;)
