There is a spelling I want to change. 
On the main menu "Favorites" is spelled like that
but when you click it it is spelled "Favourites" with the u in it.  I want it to be spelled like "Favorites".

Where do I make this change?

In the language file.  lang/english.php or whatever language file you are using.
