uploading fail in web server,,,!! please help

thanks for reading my topic,

this is my problem, i have apache on my computer, http://127.0.0.1/ and everything work fine, works really good, but i upload to my paid hosting, which the max upload is 58M, so that is not the problem, it also contains /tmp which is ok too, but when i try to upload it says" no file upload suceesful"   

i know theres alot of thread about the problem, but most of them are talking about creating a /tmp /temp folder, checking the php.ini , so what is my problem,
