please help me, i have problem with picter uploading, i have error..

First, check your edit folder, and all folders in the alums folder, have the same permissions as the albums folder.

If they do, try using 'SILLY_SAFE_SAFE' mode.  See the docs 'safe mode issues' for how.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
