can u guys tell me whr can i download the setup file???

To download the zipped package, click on "downloads" at the very top of this screen. Then click on "cpg1.3.2.zip", choose the mirror location that is closest to your home. The download will then start, choose to save the file. After the download has finished, unzip the file (preserving the folder structure). Then browse to the docs folder of the package for further info.
