No Ecards

I have a newly installed Coppermine.  I do not see any ecard option for admin or users.  I do see a allow Ecard Logging, and that is set to Yes.  in the GROUP admin it shows Ecards are on for registered users and administrators, but I do not see an ecard options to even send one.

What am I missing?

On this page, notice the E button. That's the icon for ecard (for that theme).

DUH! ok gee I feel stupid...I thought on another website we had that there were actual Ecards to SEND, kind of like America Greetings, like a LOVE card, and a Happy Birthday Card...so maybe that webmaster had put in photos that were those "cards"?

Your custom theme is messed up. The ecard icon (an envelope in this case) shows up in classic:
