Bug Caracters in portuguese (N㯠votaria, Informa絥s, Lista de ᬢuns)

Hello again....
I return in this forum because i dont got help in another foruns...
All foruns send me this forum

language is set to : Brazilian
default cookie param and encoding is set to "default, language file

It cause in my front page errors in caracteres N㯠votaria, Informa絥s, Lista de ᬢuns

support for the phpnuke port of coppermine (aka "Coppermine for CMS") has been abandoned, because the nuke community only consists of takers and no givers, and because the phpnuke code base is buggy and unsecure. It's just wishfull thinking to turn to this board for help - we don't know the nuke port, so we can't help. This has been discussed in detail already on http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=2277.0
If you can't get it to work you're on your own, and as sad as it may sound: either give up using the coppermine module, or use a completely new nuke clone cpgnuke that goes supported.
