how to allowe user to edit their own pictures description

its probably pretty obvious and simple, but I just can't find how to change the
set up to allow users to edit the picture description and delete their own
pictures. Can anyone help, please?

Users can only edit or delete pics in their own albums.  This may be changed in the next version.
