Strange border problem

I've got a problem with this weird transparent border on my latest theme, which I've got running here. I've gone through my css but can't seem to figure out what the problem is. Would someone else please have a look and tell me what the problem is. Plank and I thank you in advance.

I went to all the trouble of registering and posting this and managed to fix it myself.
