IPTC Troubles

Just installed CPG for the first time. Chose to try CPG over Gallery for the IPTC support. Although, with IPTC and EXIF enabled in the config page, I still get no captions, keywords, ect. when uploading a photo. Can anyone suggest what I may be doing wrong, or something else to look at as a source of the problem? Thanks.
