Ran the install, but cannot access login.php or index.php

 Ran the installation, showed it went fine, but login and index time out with the error of

The page you are looking for is currently unavailable.
The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties,
or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

Just switched to another server, servage.net/ so next step will be them.

Sounds to me like its a server side problem. When a install has run just fine and the index.php won't come up but instead gives you a error like this it's likely to be a server problem. Index.php is not such a big heavy file to load.

Does the other server respond well ?
