I have upgrade from 1.3.1 to 1.3.2
But 3 weeks after I have upgraded.
I got this error message:

Turn off Debug and also turn off Display notices in debug mode.  And don't double-post!  You already asked this question on a different thread.

I found this is because I have put the language nation flags and options together on index page.
Then I turn the option off.
It's alright now.
