Is there any way to add a group to have acces to the upload_approval tool? I have my coppermine bridged with smf and I would like to give my moderators access to the upload_approval tool. Is there any way to do this?  ???

currently: no. There is no built-in moderator group in Coppermine, so the approval is admin-only. Could be hacked in to the code, but no mod has been posted yet afaik.

You would need to change some references to GALLERY_ADMIN_MODE in editpics.php.

@quake101: the hack is yours, as you paid for it. But please consider releasing it once you have gotten it to work as expected. This is a great way to give something back to the coppermine community: you pay for a mod and then you give it to the community. Of course you're not forced to, I just thought I'd let you know the group's thoughts ;D.

In any case, please report if the paid mod works as expected, so we can mark this as "done".

The hack isn't fully complete. It still needs to send upload approval emails to everyone that can approve. :)
