1.3.2 Batch add-files not working?

I was using an older verison ofr coppermine. I upgraded and like the new one but the batch add-files isent displaying the server or folders to select. Am I just a complete idiot or am I doing something wroung here? thanks

Well there's an awful lot  :-\\

I'll bet you put your folders in the userpics folder.  That's a no-no.  You must ftp your pics into the albums folder, preferably in new folders you create, but not the userpics folder.  Note, do not move any folders or pics you have already showing in the gallery, but any new ones, not yet added, do as above.
