As a newbie, this might be a silly question and may be impossible to resolve but:

I "accidentally" deleted my MySQL database on my server that ran my Coppermine gallery
I went back to my server's control panel and re-created the same database
Of course, now it shows a blank gallery with none of my old albums, users or even template.
My files all still exist intact on my server.

Is there any way to "reintegrate" the database with the old files without having to reupload all the images, users, template, etc.?

Thank you!

You should ask your host if they have a backup of your database.  It is always wise to regularly make a copy (dump) for just such times.

If they have a backup, you will be able to use that to repair your database.

Without the database, you will have to add the pics again, using the batch add tool.  This of course will lose all previous views, comments etc.
There is no way to re-install your users without a backup.  You will have to ask them to re-register.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here

Thank you for your prompt reply. I'm on my way to do as you instructed.

Your resolve is always appreciated.
