URL Upload

How can i disable the upload from files over url or uri. Or make that it isnt displayd.

go to "groups" and change "Upload form configuration" from "File-URI" to "Multiple file uploads only" for the group(s) your members are in (usually "Registered"). This is all decribed in the docs, please read them before posting questions.
