Gif upload

Can someone please tell my why I can't upload gifs?  I read through the forum, but it seems as though I have everything set up correctly.  I can upload jpg and png files without any problems.  I hope I didn't leave anything out...  Thanks for any help.

Coppermine 1.3.2 only supports GIF uploads when using ImageMagick.  I posted a mod to use GD 2.0.28+ with Coppermine.  You can find it on my website.
