No tumbnails for old albums

Hi

My gallery is divided into years. So right now I have all the 2004 pics in my category and it shows all the album thumbnails for it. In a couple of weeks I'll add a new category which will have all the 2005 pics. I was wondering if I can disable or not display some of the album thumbnail for the year 2004.

For instance if you go here: http://ronsville.f2o.org; I have one user and there is no thumbnail display under that category unless you click on it. Thats how I want it for the 2004 category.

I'm not good at explaining this so if you need more info let me know.

Oh ya also in the coppermine demo: http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/demo/index.php they reduced the "random pictures" and "last additions" to one row. How can I do that??

I feel dumb lol....where can I find the category manager? Is it is mod or is it built in to coppermine.
