cannot batch upload

I have searched and tested and searched and tested and cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.

Here is my problem when trying to batch upload:

"Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files

I have set the options for the group and album.
I have set correct sizing.
I have folders/files in proper place.
Using GD version 2.x
