Header Footer Files

Where does Coppermine store it's header and footer files ?? - I need to know so that I can figure out how to replace those files with my own in order to intergrate coppermine into my existing web pages.

You'd want to alter the template.html of the theme you are using, and setup custom headers and footers as decribed in the docs.
