Can Coppermine Do This ??

Can Coppermine be made to look like it's part of an existing website like in this example:  http://www.vondollens.us/gallery/

If so can someone explain how to go about doing it.

Yes, it can be made to look like that with theming, wouldn't be very easy though unless you have a good understanding of html/css/php.
