Permission Denied in upload.php

I have these problems on my Coppermine Gallery :

Warning: unlink(./albums/edit/.): Permission denied in /home/sites/site25/web/photos/cpg132/upload.php on line 453

I changed the permission mode in ch mode but it still doesn't works.
