In upload i no see the dir for upload pictures

Did you upload the files into a folder called userpics? You're not supposed to do that and the latest version prevents people from using the folder.

So if the case is true, it's not a "bug", but "user error". Please read the docs.

In the future, please change the language on your gallery to english so that supporters can understand the error message. Translations are often user contributions so it doesn't mean the devs actually know what are in the language files.
