when I click on 'batch add files' there are no folders to choose from?

Normally it goes to the following directory:
/dog-breeds/albums/userpics/

Could you possibly hel me fix this?

Thanks,

Have you read the documentation yet?  In them you will find the answer to your question.

it appears you have posted on the wrong sub-board: you must be having cpg1.3.x.
You can not batch-add from albums/userpics - this folder is reserved for coppermine's internal usage. You never were meant to, in no coppermine version. In cpg1.3.x, we're just enforcing this rule by not displaying the contents of the userpics folder. This is all being explained in the docs that come with your coppermine package, please read it thoroughly.
