It appears you either didn't upload all coppermine files (as going to http://kpb.sickonenine.com/WebSite/themes/ gives a "403" error, although incorrectly labelled as "file not found", while it should be "forbidden" ), or your webhost has some "funny" webserver configuration settings applied . Try to find out what version of PHP you're running (refer to http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/faq.php#VersionPHP ) - if it's PHP5, you will need to have register_long_arrays enabled in php.ini (since you usually can't do this yourself when webhosted, you'll have to ask your webhost for support).

thanks for the help what i tryed to do is i put the thing some were else and its working now thanks now when i try to login it gives me a erro  what im trying to do is some thing for my web site users to make there own acount and post there own pictures for othere user's to view and rate if you know some thing i can do let me know, and thanks for all your help

Your new problem isn't related to your original FTP issue.  Please search the board for "The previous file could not be placed".  Post a new thread if you can't resolve the issue.
