Links page mod or hack ???

I created this:
   http://www.rockthoselocks.com/Gallery/links.php

Its not fully finished as i dont mind removing links through SQL but if others think its a good idea i can finish it off (probably with a bit of help)
I created it because my site is just a gallery but i needed a place for this what do you think?
