how do i get "Season Caps" off the main index and only into Tru Calling Galleries, then put "S1Ep2 - Putting Out Fires" into "Season 1 Screen Caps"

I can't see the word "Season Caps" turn up on your main page. Please post your question in a more abstract (programmer-like) way, because I won't try to find out what your page deals with and what "Season Caps" actually are.
