Can't remove file info while displaying a picture

I can't remove the file info while displaying a picture in its full size.

Normally on 'config', under "Image view & Comment settings", then "File information is visible by default" ; said NO, but I've changed it to YES, now that I saw the information and I didn't like it cos my IP address is there, so I changed it back to NO, but nothing changes.

...also, that option doesn't have an (*) which means that the changes made won't take effect on the files already on the database.

If anyone knows how to remove that, please help. I don't want to delete the files and upload them again  :\'( cos I'm on a dial-up connection.

The IP address will only be visible for you (as admin), but not for regular users. The reason you can not toggle the file info section is improper theme setup - in your theme, the "i" button toggles the rating section (instead of the pic info section) - the other theme you have on your server does the toggle correctly (try for yourself, go to http://www.affleckgarner.celebrityhost.net/gallery/displayimage.php?album=lastup&cat=3&pos=3&theme=anime vs. http://www.affleckgarner.celebrityhost.net/gallery/displayimage.php?album=lastup&cat=3&pos=3&theme=xxx).
