Ok everytime i try to upload a pic it says it uploaded it than when i  go to the next page where you sort the image into albums i get an error the look like

Turn off notices on your config page.  You don't have to worry about them if your gallery is running ok.

That isn't related to your subject.  Do you have a question about safe mode?
