Category Help Please!

Quick question, can someone please help me out? http://shades-of-black.net/oc/gallery Thats the URL of my gallery. I tried to make categories within categories. ie/ episode skills, and when it clicked on that you'd be able to chose from which season, but they're all appearing both on the main list and the other lists. I dont want them on the main one, how would I fix that? Thanks!  :\'( :-\\

I removed the post that was harder to read. Don't use light blue on all the text of a post.
