Cookie domain setting in phpBB2 when integrating with CPG 1.3.2

Hi,

I'm trying to integrate phpBB2 and CPG 1.3.2.

The manual states:

"If you are using phpBB 2, go to the admin control panel and check that "Cookie domain" corresponds to your domain, "Cookie name" is "phpbb2mysql" and "Cookie path" is "/"."

After installing phpBB2, Cookie name is already "phpbb2mysql" and Cookie path is already "/", so no changes are needed.
However, the Cookie domain field in phpBB2 is empty...

When I fill in my server domain, I can't login into phpBB2 anymore... My servername is something like: server.nl.eu.org.

For cookie name I tried:
- nl.eu.org
- eu.org
- org

Nothing works..

Please advice..
