"Album can be view by" is not displayed

Hey!

I rearrange my gallery and from that day one the option "Album can be view by" is no more displayed. In my config the thumbnail view permission is on no.
Whats the problem - what can I do?

Set "Users can have private albums (Note: if you switch from 'yes' to 'no' any current private albums will become public)" to "yes" in coppermine config, and please read the docs and search before posting next time.
