Possible coppermine hacker ? Url

I am running a private board for registered users only, and i have just been checking some hits i have noticed that this URL

http://home.cinci.rr.com/delabarr/apps/ripper/RipperTop.htm

seems to have been used 2000 times in one day ? ive checked it out and understand what it is ? does it increment filenames or something ?

anyone ?

appears to be a page ripper script, so yes: this could be an attack attempt, or someone is trying to use content from your page and display it on "his" site.
