I am having trouble in getting peole to see the picture files I am sending them in e-cards.

By example here's one I sent to myself.

http://www.northwaleslinks.co.uk/cpg132/displayecard.php?data=YTo2OntzOjI6InJuIjtzOjM6IlJveSI7czoyOiJzbiI7czo3OiJyb3lzdGVyIjtzOjI6InNlIjtzOjE2OiJyb3lAcm95bm9ycnkuY29tIjtzOjE6InAiO3M6ODg6Imh0dHA6Ly93d3cubm9ydGh3YWxlc2xpbmtzLmNvLnVrL2NwZzEzMi9hbGJ1bXMvdXNlcnBpY3MvMTAwMDEvbm9ybWFsX3JveW5vcnJ5MjAwNS0yNi5KUEciO3M6MToiZyI7czoxMjoiVGVzdCBNZXNzYWdlIjtzOjE6Im0iO3M6MTI6Ikp1c3QgYSB0ZXN0LiI7fQ%3D%3D

On viewing the card, there is no picture and upon clicking the link to see the picture 'if it does not display' in the e-mail, I get the same, no picture.

In addition, upon selecting the properties of the picture which should be on view, I see the link to it is: http://www.northwaleslinks.co.uk/cpg132/albums/userpics/10001/normal_roynorry2005-26.JPG but upon having a look in all the folders of my galery via ftp, I see there is no such picture. There is however one called http://www.northwaleslinks.co.uk/cpg132/albums/userpics/10001/roynorry2005-26.JPG (without the 'normal_' prefix).

This problem only started happening after I played with the utilities tools for removing original files and re-naming etc. Is there a danger that, upon using utilities, that pictures suddenly start not to behave?

As far as the config file goes in my gallery, the 'Target address for the 'See more pictures' link in e-cards' is http://www.northwaleslinks.co.uk/cpg132/ Should this be http://www.northwaleslinks.co.uk/cpg132/albums/userpics or similar. I have tried various combinations, but anything other than http://www.northwaleslinks.co.uk/cpg132/ causes the stap do disappear too.

I have set up a test account.

Please go to http://www.northwaleslinks.co.uk/cpg132/

Many thanks in advance.

I should add that other users, who's galleries were not subject to the 'utilities' operations, still have a fully functioning e-cards system. Any 'new' pictures I post to my own gallery also work correctly. It's just those I used 'utilities' on that don't work anymore.

I only just discovered this.

Thanks for that but it didn't help. I have posted in the thread you suggest http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=10590.0 , which has since moved to the 'bug fix' forum. I am  asking for more detailed help instructions.

Thanks.

UPDATE: Just to add that this problem is solved for me since your people kindly told me where to go! I have installed the download they offered me, and my card system works very well, as does the rest of the Coppermine system. I invited a couple of  photographer friends of mine to join it as well and all three of us agree this is the best picture script we have seen, tried and conquered with ease. Thanks to ALL who tried to help.
