Error - "Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files"

As Admin I can upload images to my albums fine, but new users can't.

Also, with the OSX theme, My Profile is "@", how do I change this to something else?

Right, I fixed the first part. People can now upload.

Still don't know how to change"@" to something else though?
