Parse error: parse error, expecting `','' or `';'' in /Volumes/WebServer/htdocs/coppermine2/upgrade-1.0-to-1.2.php on line 64

This is in line 64.

Why am I getting this error?

I got it working, it was an EBACK error... *grr* I've been going on without a lot of sleep for the past few days, I knew I'd make a mistake, it's up and running now, although I will be asking another question in another section now.
