Cannot Seem To Install

I just uploaded Coppermine to my server and set all permissions as shown in the tutorial. When I try to get to:
http://www.redheaded8itch/photos/cpg132/install.php **no longer valid** on IE I get a "Cannot Find Server" page and on Firefox I get a Username & Password popup and when I put in the information I get a 401 Error page.
I'm stumped and any help would be appreciated.

My hosting uses Plesk 7.5.2 and while looking in there for answers I found that that Coppermine 1.3.2 is now included as a site application that we can install so I did it that way after deleting my previous install and now I can't seem to do much of anything else.
