When i try to upload a picture the next page is an error page of explorer. How can I solve this problem, I can't it at the FAQ.
Please help me.

i have the same problem with all type of accounts. But uploads work with these accounts on an other pc, so i think it comes from my computer, but i don't understand why it doesn't work. Firewall maybe ?

why don't you do as suggested by TranzNDance? If you're looking for support, replying on a thread where a supporter has already posted advice, you should do as the supporter suggests. There's little else we can do to help you if you don't do as a supporter suggests.
