xHTML 1.0 Transitional. Only 1 error left.

Ok i'm using cpg 1.3.2, and i'm only 1 error away from having an xHTML 1.0 Transitional theme. Even though this is only one error, it repeats itself multiple times on some pages, and i can't seem to track it down.

It says the tag isn't closed, but when viewing the source of that page, it does appear to be closed. Could this be an error on the part of the validator? :/
