All of my photos have been named prior to uploading them to the server.

How do I get coppermine to display the filenames under the thumbnails and under the photos in an album?

Thanks

Joachim Müller

you have been around on this board for a long time (at least your post count of 60 says so), but yet you haven't found out about the power of the search function?

@GauGau:

Yes I did "find out the power of the search function" - I spent about an hour reading various posts but could not find the answer that I was looking for - so I decided to post the question hoping that someone would be kind enough to help me out. After all, this is supposed to be a "support" forum.

But then you came along and gave your typical response, as usual. Do you know that in the "WordPress" forums, sometimes, the same question is asked several times and people in that forum either answer the question, supply a previous topic link, or ignore it. Not once, in the 6 months that I have been a member of that forum have I seen anyone give the kind of responses that you typically do. But then again, WordPress people are a special breed, and their support group is a class act.

So, in the future, I would appreciate it very much if you could please not reply to any of my posts anymore. I do not need your kind of help. I will gladly wait for someone else to help me out, and if no one else volunteers an answer than so be it. (There are other options now that Gallery 2 supports the GD library)

So sit back, resist the temptation if you can, and just ignore my requests. Unfortunately, your reply history suggests that you will not be able to just leave it well enough alone.

Do not send me a private message unless I ask for one.  Make your post public so everyone can benefit.
