Please help. I have upload all the files and chmoded them as well. Please be really descriptive when describing.. i'm kinda slow and new to this. Thanks you!

Have you verified you uploaded all the 1.3.2 files?  Sounds like include/sql_parse.php isn't there.  Or it could be your include path isn't right.

Did you download the zip/tar from this site, extract them, then upload all of them with your FTP client?
